SUMMARY:
The Sales Representative should be dynamic and results-driven, with a strong background in marketing. Must possess a unique blend of sales acumen and marketing expertise, as the position is responsible for effectively engaging prospects, developing relationships, and driving revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with marketing initiatives and business goals.
- Utilize marketing techniques to identify and cultivate leads, leveraging social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and personalized service.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations, highlighting product benefits and differentiators.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and events that support sales objectives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer responses and market trends to enhance product offerings and marketing efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5-10 years of sales experience, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Willing to travel.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Excellent verbal and written English language skills. Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos, and reports. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Knowledge of other languages preferred.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems solving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
