Responsibilities:

• Lead and Inspire: Motivate a team of sales representatives to deliver exceptional service.

• Recruit and Develop Talent: Hire, train, and mentor your team to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Manage Operations: Oversee the daily activities of a productive Home Improvement Call Center.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-5 years managing inbound/outbound call center sales teams.

• Sales Expertise: Strong consultative sales skills with a proven ability to guide clients and overcome objections.

• Leadership: A track record of hiring, training, and managing employees effectively.
