PeopleShare is hiring a Sales Support Admin in Horsham, PA for an electronics manufacturing company. This is an in office position in a metrics and deadline driven environment with growth opportunities.

SCHEDULE/HOURS: Mon- Fri 9am-5pm EST

Pay Rate: $18-20 hour depending on previous experience

Sales Support Admin Responsibilities:

• Utilize Salesforce to log and update tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
• Collaborate with team members to track and manage ongoing projects
• Receive and process sample orders efficiently and accurately
• Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely delivery
• Assist with basic account management tasks, including updating customer information
• Provide support to the sales team by maintaining customer records

Sales Support Admin Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Bachelor degree preferred
• Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
