Sales Support Administrator
The Sales Support Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to Key Account Managers and Key Account Support Specialists to achieve the organization’s sales objectives. This role will also work closely with other internal Advantage Solutions associates on tasks related to assisting the KAM/KASS role. The incumbent may be dedicated to servicing one or multiple clients’ goals, while also encompassing customer relations and implementation.

- Provide administrative support to Key Account Manager and Key Account Sales Specialist
- Verify accuracy of pricing and promotional details as needed
- Provide customer support, including but not limited to resolving deduction questions, pricing discrepancies, and miscellaneous issues
- Involvement in new item setup process, including communicating pricing and spec sheets, and ordering samples/flats
- Work in custom client/customer systems as needed, including but not limited to creation of trade promotions, approval of promotions, and other tactical maintenance
- Access client internal data and/or SharePoint to download and distribute key information
- Request client approvals on emails, promotional plans, etc.
- Maintain and update item distribution lists for relevant clients, customers
- Pull and circulate client/customer reports, including but not limited to shipments, spins, price lists, and Ad Lumina reporting
- Maintain and update trackers related to inventory, assortments, review dates, etc.
- Other duties, responsibilities and activities as assigned
- Strong written communication and verbal communication skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
- Track record of building and maintaining relationships
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web browsers
- Working knowledge of syndicated data and general reporting
- Proven track record of being a team player
