Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Actively engage with prospects to understand their insurance needs and assist in gathering information to quote
Sales Support: Support the sales team by preparing gathering necessary Post Sale documentation and managing administrative tasks efficiently.
Communication: Contact clients for various multi-line campaigns including
Data Management: Manage older leads and advance them through next stages
Relationship Development: Develop and foster strong client relationships to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
Problem Solving: Address client queries and issues promptly, providing effective solutions and support.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is beneficial.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing exceptional support and building positive client relationships.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Detail Oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate records and documentation maintenance.
