We are searching for a motivated Sales Support Representative to join our sales team! The Sales Support Representative will work on behalf of our award-winning clients, which is one of the world’s leading providers of technology and communications services. The Sales Support Representative will build relationships with potential customers to discover their needs by providing an individualized customer service experience. This will ensure that our customers are getting the best cutting-edge products and services they need. The Sales Support Representative will actively seek out and engage with both existing and new customer prospects directly. The Sales Support Representative must be responsible, dependable, assertive, goal-driven, and have a desire for long-term personal and professional growth. To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to negotiate and build relationships.
Sales Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and provide existing and potential customers with rapid wireless internet product/service knowledge and solutions that will suit their needs
- Develop basic presentations, quotes, and proposals for individual customers as needed
- Generate sales by establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
- Accelerate the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction
- Analyze the territory’s potential, track sales, and status reports to achieve agreed upon sales targets
- Provide reports to management on customer needs, problems, and interests
- Evaluate all competitors’ activities including new product launches or price reductions
