Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Utilize consultative sales techniques to identify and qualify leads, both new and existing customers.
- Inspect properties and accurately determine the scope of work and repairs needed.
- Create accurate estimates and scope of work documents.
- Demonstrate the HPR sales presentation to customers and set realistic expectations.
- Assist customers in selecting products, materials, and colors.
- Negotiate and attain signed customer contracts.
- Maintain and update required information and job updates within the company's sales system.
- Follow up with customers regularly regarding job status and progress.
- Attend required meetings, including insurance adjuster meetings and weekly job reviews.
- Develop referrals and generate positive reviews.
- Lead team members in door-to-door sales efforts.
- Provide training and guidance to team members in the field.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Meet personal sales quotas and performance metrics.
Job Qualifications:
- Past experience in the solar and/ or roofing industry.
- Experience in sales, prospecting, and/or project management preferred.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and integrity.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work a varied 40+ hour work week, including evenings and weekends, with more hours after a storm.
- Demonstrated sales success, including hitting $1 million in annual roofing sales with a 60/40 self-generated lead ratio.
- Ability to effectively close window and solar sales.
- Experience in team collaboration, including recruiting and training sales associates.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to maintain sales quotas and performance metrics.
Performance of Duties:
The Sales Team Lead shall devote full attention and time to the performance of duties as directed by the CEO or Supervisor of the Company. Duties and responsibilities may be revised at the discretion of the Company.
Salary and Benefits:
- Full Time.
- Compensation potential: $150,000 - $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
