We're looking for an exceptional trainer with a proven aptitude for sales enablement to join our team as a Sales Trainer. This role will be pivotal in helping us equip our sales representatives for success, enabling them to exceed targets and deliver WOW experiences to our customers-our #1 Core Value!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p, 45+ hours per week;
A Typical Day (job functions) | Creative Thinker + Relationship Builder + Collaborate + Communicate
- Develop, deliver, and facilitate engaging training sessions for new and existing sales representatives via in-person, virtual platforms, and recorded formats.
- Leverage delivery methods and practices to ensure they are innovative and effective.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems and presentation tools such as PowerPoint (PPT) and Brainshark or Workday to build compelling training content.
- Coordinate schedules across multiple presenters and departments to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Analyze the effectiveness of training programs by tracking participant performance, identifying knowledge gaps, and recommending improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales managers and creative departments, to ensure training content is aligned with current business needs.
- Ensure all sales representatives complete required training modules within the designated timeframe.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge, including product knowledge, objection handling, and other related skills for success.
- Maintain detailed onboarding checklists and track new hire progress to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Hold stakeholders accountable for delivering updates and meeting deadlines to support training initiatives.
- Stay up to date with new tools, systems, and best practices to continuously improve training content and delivery.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in sales training or sales enablement.
- Familiarity with virtual training platforms (e.g., Workday, Brainshark, Microsoft Teams).
- Basic understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
