Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with team members to understand change impacts and develop strategies to deploy them to the sales force and agencies.
- Developing impactful and timely trainings for sales teams.
- Delivering timely and effective communication.
- Conducting regular meetings and creating materials for with sales councils.
- Collecting and distributing sales training analytics to leaders on a regular basis.
- Scheduling meetings and events, like system demos, for end users.
- Hosting virtual trainings.
- Hosting hyper care office hours, as needed.
- Owning and delivering live site sales training.
- Supporting the communication of the global applications and interdependency teams.
- Supporting branch and agency communications.
- Ensuring communications and trainings are in alignment with the companys brand and materials are appropriately reviewed and approved according to review/approval processes and procedures in place.
- Assisting in other deployment communications as needed.
- Communicating with and understanding business needs and articulating those needs in a strategy.
- Interacting with and influence leaders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required.
- Must have flexibility to work outside of traditional business hours periodically.
- Graphic design experience is a plus.
- Understanding of the sales organization and schedule a plus.
