Core Duties And Responsibilities:
Work as a member of a highly collaborative technology team to build and maintain complex solutions on the Salesforce platform. Support key business processes in Sales Cloud, Service, Cloud, Field Service and Experience Cloud. Understand both contact center and field technician business processes and apply relevant Salesforce solutions to improve associate experience. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot / resolve issues as required. Interact closely with business partners and key stakeholders to enhance and support the Salesforce implementation.

Job Description
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree
- Minimum 9+ years in Salesforce.com administrator role
- Minimum 3-4 years directly with Service Cloud
- Ability to automate business process using Salesforce declarative constructs
- Ability to monitor Salesforce implementation performance and troubleshoot/resolve issues
- Understanding of Release Management and Deployment Best Practices within Salesforce.com
- In depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, security and limits
- Ability to apply the correct Salesforce construct to each situation with consideration for performance, scalability and maintainability
Preferred:
- Salesforce Certifications: Advanced Administrator
- Experience with Omni-channel setup and configuration
- Experience with Copado for release management
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning
- Experience with Salesforce Digital Engagement package
- Experience with CTI Integrations in Salesforce
