Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team in the Washington, DC area. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing multiple Salesforce clouds, including Service, Community, Marketing, Sales, and Data Cloud. The ideal candidate should have experience with role-based access control, permission sets, Lightning components, and be proficient in Salesforce integrations. This position requires hands-on knowledge in Salesforce development and administration tools, along with certifications that validate expertise in managing and customizing Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Management: Administer and support solutions across Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Force.com, and Data Cloud.
• Access Control: Manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and permission sets to ensure data security and compliance within the organization.
• User Experience & Workflow Optimization: Use Lightning Container, Lightning UX Builder, and Lightning Flow (Process Builder, Cloud Flow Designer) to create efficient user workflows and optimize platform usage.
• Integration & Platform Events: Support integrations using Platform Events, Async REST, Sync REST, and the Continuation Framework for seamless data flow across systems.
• Development Tools: Use Salesforce DX (Dev Hub) and other development tools for code management, version control, and customization.
• Data Management & Analytics: Oversee data models, ensure data integrity, and leverage Einstein and Wave Analytics for reporting and insights.
• Custom Development & Maintenance: Maintain and create solutions using Visualforce, Apex, SOQL, and SOSL to enhance functionality and meet business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Force.com, and Data Cloud.
• Expertise in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Permission Sets for secure and compliant data management.
• Proficiency in Lightning Container, Lightning UX Builder, Lightning Flow, including Process Builder and Cloud Flow Designer.
• Strong knowledge of Platform Events, Async REST, Sync REST, and Continuation Framework for integration support.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX (Dev Hub), Platform App Builder, Data Architecture, and Integration Architecture.
• Experience with Visualforce, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Einstein Analytics.
