Job Description -
- Solution Architect /Product Manager (12 + Yrs experience)
- 3 full cycle Salesforce CPQ implementation
- Willingness to take ownership of problems
- Minimum 2+ years with Salesforce CPQ Product Management/Solution architecture
- Minimum 3+ Consultant in CPQ, Order Managment Billing on Salesforce
- Collaborates with our Customers and Partners during project cycle to share their extensive knowledge of the Lead to Cash implementations around Salesforce CPQ
- Prior experience in business solution, quote to cash interaction with major systems involved in Lead to cash, including Billing, ERP/ Accounting, payments, and other ancillary services such as tax and address validation shipping.
- Drive toward the best possible solutions able to do architectural tradeoff analysis, for different kinds of products one time, subscription, usage.
- Paint a solution vision, create a product backlog for the system vision/MVP by doing discovery with the stakeholders and provide guidance during the implementation.
- To be successful in Product manager role:
- Guide the evaluation of functional and QTC business process requirements
- Build relationships with key collaborators and team members
- Early in cycle technical risk identification and addressing
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize quote to cash business processes via technology and integration
- Strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills
- Understanding of Salesforce CPQ, Billing, product and pricing rules, order , contract.
- Experience is Renewals, Amendments, cancellation, uplift of Subscription product
