Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Architect with a strong background in Salesforce technical architecture, data cloud design, and hands-on development. This role is ideal for someone with extensive expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and a proven record in data architecture, data integration, and governance.
Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years in IT with a minimum of 7 years as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
- 3-4+ years in Data Cloud projects designed and architected.
- Salesforce Development: Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Data Modeling for Salesforce.
- Client Coordination: Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients and managing Onsite-Offshore teams daily.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience in healthcare is a significant advantage.
Technical Expertise:
- Data Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, Customer 360, MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, and Tableau.
- Integration & API Frameworks: Hands-on experience with integration patterns, APIs, Salesforce Data Loader, Einstein Analytics, and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft).
- Data Governance & Security: Strong background in data governance, regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA), data security, and ETL processes.
Certifications:
- Required: Salesforce Platform Developer II and at least two Architect-stream certifications.
- Preferred: Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce System Architect, ADM301, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Cloud Strategy & Architecture: Develop a data architecture strategy aligned with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
- Data Integration: Design and implement integration solutions for Salesforce Data Cloud with other systems to maintain data integrity.
- Data Governance: Establish robust data governance policies to ensure compliance, security, and data quality.
- Data Modeling: Define data models to support business processes, ensuring scalability and efficient data structures.
- Customer 360 Implementation: Architect solutions for a single customer view (Customer 360) to enhance insights and engagement.
- Advanced Analytics & AI Integration: Collaborate to embed AI-driven insights within Salesforce for actionable analytics.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Force.com Knowledge: Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning, along with data cloud architecture and data modeling.
- Web Services & APIs: Experience with Force.com SOAP, WSDL, REST, and integration standards.
- ETL Tools: Proficiency with tools like Apex Data Loader, Informatica, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
- Deployment: Knowledge of Salesforce deployment tools (Change Set, ANT, Eclipse).
- Programming Languages: Experience with HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, JavaScript frameworks, and object-oriented programming in Java/.NET.
- Admin Functions: Proficient in user roles, profiles, workflows, and security configurations.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Salesforce mobile development, Salesforce1, Heroku, and Einstein Analytics.
