Job Description:
Masters in Business administration with demonstrated prior experience as a Business Analyst or Business Consultant
5-8 years of experience in Salesforce marketing cloud
Experience in requirement gathering in Email studio journey builder automation studio contact builder and data architecture
Understanding of end-to-end implementation across salesforce martech
Experience in Agile process and managing sprints
Experience in Salesforce CRM would be added advantage
Experience in other salesforce platforms would be added advantage
Certified Email specialist Admin or consultant is a must
Understanding of digital marketing space
Demonstrated experience working with multiple Clients India and global and in complex multilocation projects with multiple stakeholders
Ability to own and manage business system requirements for projects and adept in process mapping user stories UML diagrams interface documentation and traceability matrix and process change management
Good functional knowledge and deep understanding of ECommerce including D2C Omnichannel Retailing and Order Management
