Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating new leads, engaging with potential customers, and closing sales deals. Your goal will be to contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization through achieving revenue targets and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
- Actively research and understand the market, industry trends, and competitors to identify potential prospects and anticipate customer needs.
- Conduct effective and persuasive product demonstrations to showcase our products and services, highlighting their unique selling points and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Develop and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximum revenue generation.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experience and foster a cohesive sales process.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate sales records, including customer interactions, leads, and opportunities, utilizing CRM software.
- Stay updated with industry developments, market conditions, and emerging trends to provide relevant insights and stay ahead in the competitive sales landscape.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, regularly evaluate performance metrics, and provide timely reports to the sales manager to support business planning and decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesperson or in a similar sales role, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in using CRM and other sales-related tools and systems.
The Salesperson Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.00 and $17.05. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
