Job Title: Waste Management Facility Attendant

Job Summary: Serves as the first point of contact for customers depositing waste at a Waste Management Facility; calculates payments, checks loads, and ensures the safety of the customer and other employees through observation of safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with waste disposal procedures.
• Calculate and process payments accurately.
• Inspect loads for compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor facility operations to ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Provide information and support to customers as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to waste management.
• Basic math skills for payment processing.
