Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming calls for appointments; be able to handle multi-line telephone/extension numbers, handling 50 to 75 calls per day
- Correctly enter demographic information into the appropriate system
- Review and assess patient medical record to determine the correct study to schedule
- Inform patients of clinic procedures; know which exams require preparation and inform patients of protocols
- High school diploma or GED
- 7 – 11 months related experience and/or education
