What You'll Do:
- Organize and optimize technician schedules
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Respond to service leads and schedule appointments
- Order and coordinate parts for jobs
- Confirm next-day appointments and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- 2+ years of administrative experience and at least 1 year of scheduling experience
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- A friendly attitude and passion for delivering a 5-star customer experience
- HVAC or related industry experience is a plus, but not required-we'll train you!
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
