About the Job
Cross Country Education is currently seeking a full time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide supervision of ACSWs in local schools in the Moreno Valley, CA area. This position is working 8 hours a day (8am-4:30pm), every school day. This position includes full benefits, and the pay is $64 per hour which works out to be around $92k for only about 9 months of work each year.
The selected candidate will supervise 3-4 ACSWs (Associate Clinical Social Workers). Supervisor assumes responsibility for overseeing the training, providing supervision mentoring, evaluating the candidates progress, and assisting the candidate in making the final application for the designation. This requires the Approved Supervisor to be completely familiar with eligibility criteria, supervisory training requirements and application procedures. Supervisor mentor should maintain a strict log of supervision mentoring and review the supervisor candidates log of supervision that the candidate is providing to ACSWs/trainees. Supervisor mentor will be asked to verify these hours at the time of the candidates application for the designation. The Approved Supervisor mentor must ensure that the hours counted by the supervisor candidate were actually spent in case discussion, and on the development of the candidates supervisory skills.
This is a full time (40 hours per week, M-F) position, that includes full benefits. We are looking for providers who have high work ethics and professionalism. Certification to supervise ACSWs is required. PPS credential is not required.
