School Physical Therapist - Health Source Group

Health Source Group, a trusted pioneer in the healthcare industry, is currently hiring compassionate, qualified, and committed Physical Therapists to work in school districts across Long Island!

OPEN ROLE:

• full time PT 8:15 am- 3:25pm (1hr lunch)
• Caseload 48 students per week
• 30 min sessions, treatments are between 9am-3pm.
  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• PT Certification / Licensure
• Fingerprinting: mandatory by the New York State Department of Education Updated resume
• Updated CPR Certification
• Updated resume
• Up-to-date medical documentation (i.e. physical, titers, quantiFERON)
