Looking for Coordinators with experience supporting Medical Affairs in regards to contracting Health Care Professionals for various engagements;
Contract Opening 1+ year

Contract Opening 1+ year
Must have experience with:
- Contracting COI, Save the Date, MEA
- Payments US experts: Set up in SAP, ensure proper paperwork in place, process payment per contract terms
- Stakeholder meetings / logistics planning (global only)
- Identifying speakers
- Planning the logistics, through contract and payments
- Understanding market value for speaker
- Strong follow up skills / coordination management
