Description

• Exhibit exceptional, world-class sales and customer service by actively selling and promoting Deseret Book products and services at our customer support center.
• Provide support to customers using phone and email.
• Process phone orders, credits, replacements, and data entry.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. 
• Approximately 30 hours per week
• Shift: M-F 8 am - 2 pm or 11 am - 5 pm *Some Saturdays required*
• Wage: $16.50 per hour

Required Skills

• Superior customer service and sales skills
• Excellent computer and data entry skills (with accuracy)
• Able to learn multiple computer programs quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a supportive team member with a positive attitude.
• Keyboard 45 wpm
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus (not required)
• Must be able to work through the entire holiday season
