Job Title: Seasonal Customer Service Representative

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls and customer inquiries regarding seasonal holiday products (Christmas lights, artificial trees, seasonal decorations, etc.)
• Identify and assess customers' needs through following a script to achieve overall satisfaction
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Professional grammar and typing - accurate spelling is incredibly important!
• Customer first mindset with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in a call center is preferred

Additional Info:

• Pay rate: $20/hr.
• Location: 100% in office in Eden Prairie
• Duration: Temp-only starting in late October/early November through mid-January
