Job Description Summary:
As an Onboarding Associate for seasonal hires at See’s Candies, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our seasonal operations and ensure our new hires are set up for success. This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring our seasonal hires are efficiently onboarded through the Workday platform.The pay range for this position is expected to be $22-$24 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate the end-to-end Hire and Onboarding process for seasonal employees, ensuring all necessary documentation and tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Guide new hires through the completion of necessary paperwork and electronic forms in Workday.
Serve as a point of contact for seasonal hires, fostering open communication and a supportive environment during their initial employment period.
Provide support and assistance to seasonal hires throughout their onboarding journey, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of seasonal hires into various departments.
Monitor and track the progress of background checks and onboarding activities, ensuring deadlines are met and records are accurately maintained in Workday.
Ensure adherence to company policies, employment regulations, and documentation requirements during the onboarding process, maintaining accurate records in Workday.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR, or Onboarding processes, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using Workday or similar HRIS platforms for onboarding and data management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams to achieve common goals Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and seasonal fluctuations.
Flexible availability, ability to work Saturdays as needed.
