Secretary-Front Desk - Catholic Health

Position Summary:

As a Front Desk/Secretary for Catholic Health, you will be responsible for a variety of clerical duties to help facilitate the daily functions of the Physician Practice.

Responsibilities:

• Checking patients in and out
• Scheduling
• Communicates with other clinical and ancillary departments to improve patient care and satisfaction
• Training of new staff and assuring excellent customer service while adhering to policies and procedures; correspond with billing department and credentialing specialists to keep staff updated with insurance changes and  coverage including participation grids
• Triage and handle patient issues at front desk
• Work with practice management to resolve conflicts as they arise
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Physician Practice experience preferred

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
