Staffmark is hiring! We need an experienced Receptionist to join our team in Blue Ash, OH. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy taking on a variety of administrative tasks, we want to hear from you!
Requirements | High school diploma + 1 year of customer service + computer skills
Monday - Friday | 3 PM - 12 AM | $16.75/hr.
Receptionist Job Duties
Welcome visitors and maintain accurate visitor logs. Maintain the security of the building by activating and deactivating badges. Perform administrative tasks such as booking meeting rooms, arranging transportation, and receiving/sending mail/packages. Respond to inquiries professionally. Provide information to visitors which may include walking them to the appropriate area. Other duties as assigned.
