Strong knowledge of data analysis and Ecommerce fraud prevention strategy is required.
Job Description:
- Responsible for analysis and evaluation of Ecommerce fraud trends, both within CLIENT and outside, and development of technical and analytical recommendations to meet fraud prevention objectives.
- Monitors real time rule performance and suggest enhancements.
- Translates high-level business requirements into functional specifications for business application development.
- Assists in the business, technical, and analytical process redesign and documentation as needed. Supports the creation and updating of standardized procedures.
- Combines understanding of fraud prevention and business processes to recommend solutions. Assignments typically include problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of systems to meet business requirements.
- Specifically, the assignment will require the reporting of ecommerce transaction and incidents of fraud, rule development to prevent future fraud, and analysis of trends in ecommerce fraud management. Experience in the identification and prevention of ecommerce fraud and data analysis of historical transactions and fraud events is essential
- Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Computer Sciences, or relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years working in fraud prevention at online retail or finance/fintech company.
• Experience implementing fraud prevention solutions and familiarity with fraud scenarios.
• Identify common scenarios that occur with online fraud and provide several recommendations on how to implement basic safeguards for such scenarios
• Familiarity with and experience using fraud tools and vendor products.
• Experience with data analysis is a must.
• Proven track record of delivering results and reducing fraud instances.
• Highly self-motivated.
