Description:

We are looking for individuals with network security and server security experience, as the focus is on network and server security, with some identity-related work as well. The resources should have experience in enterprise networks, server and hosting management, and data centers, however, these architects will not be responsible for operating the infrastructure directly. The role of these resources is more consultative, where they would go to the various BU teams and help them understand the network security standards, review their device inventories, and discuss how they manage their devices (e.g., using Ansible). The resources should be able to translate the security controls that the company has implemented and help the BU teams become compliant with their policies and standards.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

1) Develop and maintain credible client relationships across the IT and Business Unit Engineering organizations.

2) Partner with Service Delivery teams to meet security outcomes driven by security policy requirements in the server, network, and platform infrastructure environments.

3) Identify security gaps and recommend changes and improvements to further reduce risk and secure IT and BU engineering environments, including core engineering services and enterprise compute environments.

4) Develop standard methodologies for the continuous validation of security controls in infrastructure services including those deployed by distributed BU-IT teams.

Funding is through the end of July and can be renewed.
