Join Our Team as a Security Director!
Titan Security Group is currently looking for a Security Director to join our team. The Security Director will be primarily responsible for supervising the day-to-day security operations of an assigned Client site.
The Hourly compensation for this role will begin at $22.00
Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Security Director include but are not limited to:• Manage a team of Security Officers, Site and Shift Supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training and development, coaching and support.• Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services and build and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees.• Supports the organization’s culture, processes, practices and systems.• Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations.• Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities, account trends, and other topics• Responsible for tracking and effective utilization of company equipment in the field including technology, vehicles, etc. • Stays current on federal, state and local guidelines relative to our services.• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Management or related field and/or equivalent experience/education preferred. Minimum of 2-4 years in a managerial or leadership role, and in the law enforcement ore contract security field is preferred.
Computer Skills: Experience with workforce management systems and scheduling systems preferred.
Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Bi-lingual considered a plus. Must possess excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, financial and time management skills with the ability of concisely and effectively address questions while providing subject matter expertise on policy to ownership and management.
Other Qualifications: Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Strong qualitative and quantitative skills. Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively, establish workflow priorities and work independently with high attention to detail. Ability to start, cultivate and maintain strong relations and work in a team environment. Prior employment history demonstrating the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities, and producing accurate results in a highly-organized manner. Physical Demands: The physical demands are based on the contract and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. A list of these job duties is inclusive of, but not limited to: candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time; be able to lift, push, and/or pull at least 50 lbs.; be able to accommodate foot patrols on the interior & exterior of the assigned facility; be able to perform assigned duties regardless of inclement weather.
