- Learn and Grow: Previous experience is preferred, but if you are willing to learn, we are ready to teach you.
- Innovative Projects: Work with cutting-edge security systems, including access control, IP cameras, facial recognition, and more.

- System Installation: Install alarm (intrusion), access control, and IP video systems, including card readers, locks, and contacts.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Test, troubleshoot, and correct issues in security systems.
- Documentation: Read and interpret drawings and equipment schematics.
- Communication: Provide updates to project managers and customers.
- Hands-On Work: Pull low-voltage cables and perform necessary demolition tasks.
- Education: High school diploma or state-recognized equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of security installation experience preferred, or any relevant construction field experience.
- Skills: Ability to work with hand tools, read a multimeter, and operate in confined spaces and at heights.
- Travel: Willingness to travel on the East Coast if needed.
- Driver's License: Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and retain a U.S. Government Security Clearance preferred.
- Certifications: DCJS Certified or the ability to obtain certification.
- Technical Skills: Prior troubleshooting experience and knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Project are bonuses.
- System Knowledge: Familiarity with systems like Software House, Lenel, AMAG, Galaxy, Brivo, Bosch, Southwest Microwave, Genetec, and/or Onssi is a plus.
