Key Responsibilities:

• Solder wiring and assemble military-grade connectors, wall plugs, and wiring harnesses.
• Attach electrical components and samples to chassis panels.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, and team members.
• Review cable assembly diagrams to ensure all components meet customer specifications.
• Read and interpret job orders to ensure complete order fulfillment.
• Report production numbers to assigned supervisors.
• Attend both voluntary and mandatory training sessions.
• Assemble and maintain electronic equipment, with a focus on wiring systems.
