Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Semi Trailer Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for rebuilding and/or repairing semi trailers.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior technicians in dismantling damaged parts of semi-truck trailers to assess the extent of repairs needed
- Repair trailer components such as doors, floor, rail, roof, post, or side panels
- Use various tools and equipment, such as wrenches, hammers, cutters, welding machines, etc. under the guidance of experienced technicians
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on trailers
- Collaborate with team members to complete work efficiently and effectively

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical school or certification in automotive repair is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a semi trailer repair technician
- Strong mechanical aptitude with an interest in learning new skills 
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours when required
