Senior AVEVA MES Solutions Architect - Manufacturing Domain who will oversee the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of Aveva Manufacturing Execution Systems at client sites. This role requires strong technical skills in Aveva MES, hands-on experience with system integration, and the ability to lead hybrid teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee Aveva MES installations, configurations, and deployments across multiple projects.
- Lead the design and development of Aveva MES solutions, ensuring robust integration with ERP and shop-floor systems.
- Mentor and guide development teams, overseeing the customization and configuration of MES solutions based on client needs.
- Manage project lifecycles, from initial roll-outs to post-go-live support and maintenance, including bug fixes and enhancements.
- Collaborate with client IT teams to facilitate seamless MES integration, incident resolution, and system enhancements.
- Coordinate with technical teams to design interfaces using standard connectors to ERP and shop-floor systems.
- Drive the customization of Aveva MES based on specific plant and client requirements, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Provide strategic leadership during roll-outs, go-live support, and post-live adjustments and enhancements.
- Foster client relationships with regular visits and updates, ensuring alignment with their operational goals.
- Proven experience in managing MES projects with a strong focus on Aveva/Wonderware solutions.
- Knowledge of ERP integration, particularly SAP S/4, and familiarity with reporting tools like ServiceNow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Extensive experience as a Tech Lead in Aveva MES projects, with a deep understanding of MES architecture.
- Strong technical proficiency in MES integration, particularly with label printers, barcode readers, and PLCs.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
