Senior Account Representative - Photon Marine

Job Summary: Photon Marine is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven tracdionships within the marine industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with boat builders, marine suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the marine industry.
• Present and demonstrate Photon's electric propulsion systems and fleet management software to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Utilize CRM and lead generation tools to manage and track all sales activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Provide clear and detailed documentation of sales activities and customer interactions to facilitate collaboration with other sales team members.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Provide market feedback to the product development team to influence future product enhancements.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Photon Marine and network with potential clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the marine industry.
• Proven experience working with boat builders and marine suppliers.
• Strong understanding of marine propulsion systems and related technologies.
• Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM or similar CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with diesel or electric propulsion systems or other sustainable marine technologies.
• Existing network within the marine industry.
