Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

What will your day look like?

• Month-End Close: Lead and execute month-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze and report on financial performance and variance analysis to support business insights.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with GAAP, implement controls, and streamline accounting procedures.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with departments across the organization to support accurate budget forecasts and reporting.

Who are you?

• Experience: 5+ years of accounting experience; private equity or high-growth company experience a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of GAAP and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or progress toward certification preferred.
• Detail-Oriented & Strategic: Ability to see the big picture and support strategic financial planning.
