About the Company

• Our client is a looking to hire a Senior Accountant to assist the CFO with daily management of the Accounting function

• Under the direction of the CFO, the Senior Accountant will have the ability to assume duties typically given to someone at a higher level

• The CFO believes in a mentoring environment and employees excel under their leadership

Responsibilities for Senior Accountant

• Maintain fixed asset depreciation schedules

• Assist and ultimately handle month-end closings

• Assist with year-end and bank audits

• Prepare adjusting journal entries

• Prepare bank reconciliations

• Identify process improvement opportunities

• Work with company's standard cost system

Preferred Qualifications for Senior Accountant

• 5+ years' experience

• Supervisory experience a plus

• Ability to think through complex/new situations

The Senior Accountant is fully onsite in Cuyahoga Falls OH, with a salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 depending on experience
