Senior Accountant - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Our recruiting firm is partnering with a Financial Solutions provider in Delray Beach, to find them a Senior Staff Accountant. The organization is looking for someone with a mix of experience handling accounting and analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone previously in a leadership role, who is looking to work as an individual contributor.

The ideal salary for this position is between $90k-$93k + bonus. The company also offers an excellent benefits package.

Job Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle accounting functions including the hands-on preparation of monthly financials
• Handling fixed assets, prepaids, and accruals
• Balance sheet reconciliations and meet deadlines
• Manage daily cash balances and reports
• Support month-end, year-end close and audit process
• Analyze financials to make recommendations to streamline processes and procedures
• Collaborate with HR, Sales and Operations teams effectively

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Accounting experience
• Mixed knowledge between accounting and financial analysis
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot) required
• Bachelor's Degree required (Accounting, Finance or Business highly preferred)
• CPA preferred but not required
• Experience with ERP (Sage preferred but not required)
• Commute comfortably to office in Delray Beach daily
