About the Job
PE backed national leader in providing people focused care is seeking a Senior Payroll Accountant to join their team.
This role will be focused on the outcomes of payroll and how it impacts the general ledger, rather than running payroll.
Great team culture and hybrid schedule ( 2 days in office).
Responsibilities:Prepares and reviews transactions for entries
Extract and analyze payroll data for reporting and reconciliation purposes
Prepares general ledger account reconciliaitons, identifies opportunities for process improvement and supports internal & external audits.
Perform ad hoc reports
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting required
Masters preferred
Minimum 3 years of applicable experience
Experience with Workday Payroll or benefit accounting highly preferred
