Senior Accounts Payable Specialist at KBW Financial

A publicly traded biotech company in Cambridge is actively looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist for a contract role with an immediate start. This is an add-on position as the company grows and will have a heavy hand in all aspects of the accounts payable process.

Responsibilities:

• Applying purchase orders
• Work with vendors to resolve issues and discrepancies
• Account reconciliations
• Assist with month end close

Qualifications:

• MUST have biotech experience
• NetSuite experience is preferred
• 3+ years of AP experience preferred

This position can be mostly worked from home, with one day per week in Cambridge.

Pay for this role is up to $40/hr depending on experience.
