Essential Duties:

Identify, organize and coordinate customer shipping requirements. Accurately and efficiently prepare documents for ocean export and import shipments. Accurately and timely prepare billing invoices and all required AS400 database entries. Effectively coordinate pickup and delivery orders. Provide professional, high quality customer service through daily communication with customers via email and telephone.

Minimum Requirements, Education, and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience.
• Some computer skills including data entry and maintenance and working
• Some knowledge of general and Export Computer application technology desirable
• Some knowledge of international commerce (sales and payment term, method, customs regulations etc.)
