As a Senior Analyst specializing in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, you will serve as the subject matter expert and trainer within the Client’s Business Integrated Solutions Division. Your role will focus on empowering employees to utilize Microsoft’s Power Platform tools by conducting training sessions, leading workshops, and offering ongoing support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into customized applications and automated workflows, while providing guidance on best practices for Power Platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Power Apps and Power Automate training for employees, simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and develop customized Power Apps solutions and automated workflows.
- Lead workshops to encourage innovation, problem-solving, and hands-on app building.
- Provide guidance on best practices for adopting Power Platform tools and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including training guides and FAQs, ensuring they are accessible and user-friendly.
- Serve as a technical advisor during project implementation, supporting teams using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation using Power Automate.
- Integrate change management practices into training and adoption strategies for smooth transitions and user engagement.
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness, providing insights to optimize future efforts.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Proven experience delivering training programs, simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong process analysis skills, with the ability to identify automation opportunities.
- Experience translating business needs into technical solutions using Power Platform tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Strong collaboration and team-working skills across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with change management principles to ensure smooth technology adoption.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple training programs simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power Platform tools.
- Experience with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Background in data analysis, database management, or data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of governance and best practices for Power Platform implementation.
- Experience working within public sector or transportation-focused organizations is a plus.
