About the Role:
Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive impactful product decisions? As a Senior Associate, Product Management on our Core Data team, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our data products and platforms. Your work will involve breaking down complex business needs into actionable features and user stories, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring seamless product delivery. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to explore new technical approaches and solve customer pain points. Your efforts will directly impact the data user community by providing insights, troubleshooting data-related issues, and continuously improving our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discovery & Research: Apply discovery and research techniques to identify internal customer pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Product Backlog Management: Break down business epics into features and further into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Prioritization & Troubleshooting: Drive day-to-day prioritization of work, troubleshoot reported issues, and oversee releases to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Technical Exploration: Evaluate and explore new technical approaches to address customer needs effectively.
- Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to derive insights that drive the development of new product features.
- User Community Support: Research and troubleshoot data-related issues raised by the data user communities.
- Intellectually Curious: Naturally inquisitive, you seek to understand the 'why' behind challenges and thrive in ambiguity, always eager to learn and tackle new challenges.

- Bachelor's degree or military experience.
- At least 1 year of product management experience, or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
- 1+ years of experience translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
- 1+ years of experience working on data products and platforms powering digital experiences.
- 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL.
- 3+ years of experience with modern data technology (e.g., AWS, Kafka, Snowflake).
