Job Overview:

The Project Management Sr. Associate will play a key role in the planning, execution, and tracking of complex projects. They will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project success and be responsible for leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and coordination of medium to large-sized projects, including project schedules and resource allocation
  • Facilitate project meetings, manage project risk, and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and action items
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve project issues, and escalate as necessary
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking and reporting of expenses
  • Collaborate with project team members to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate project status, progress, and results
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior project Management Associates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field preferred but not required
  • 3-6 years of experience in project coordination or management
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in leading project presentations
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Project management certification, such as PMP, is a plus but not required.
