Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree with smaller law firm experience or steady tenure out of a large legal firm and no degree
• 5+ years billing experience out of a timed billing environment
• Intermediate Excel skills

Preferred:

• Aderant system experience

Job Summary: The Senior Billing Specialist reviews and analyzes time and disbursement data and drafts clients bills and related items, including spreadsheets and attachments, and provides support in all phases of billing. Utilizes the Aderant Billing System for all billing inquiries and reporting and Microsoft Word for drafting invoices. In addition, processes write-offs, applies on account retainers to unbilled time and disbursements, and backs up other Client Billing Specialists as necessary.
