**What You Bring:**
- 4 years of experience in business analysis, minimum 2 in the retail energy space
- Deep understanding of retail energy products, market dynamics, and regulatory environments across multiple states
- Proven track record of managing complex data sets and deriving actionable insights for large-scale energy consumers
- Existing client relationships that can benefit from Transparent’s unique process
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address intricate client issues for major corporations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex energy concepts to C-level executives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
