We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to support a regulatory project. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing financial risks (credit, market, liquidity, etc.), and working closely with senior stakeholders. Experience in Agile environments and a background in US regulatory projects is highly desired.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather and document business requirements related to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), focusing on financial risks like credit, market, liquidity, and interest rate.
- Analyze risk data to ensure the product meets required risk management standards.
- Work with senior stakeholders from multiple business areas to understand needs and ensure alignment across teams.
- Manage the Agile product backlog as a Product Owner and prioritize features based on business needs.
- Support regulatory compliance by ensuring the project aligns with US regulations (e.g., SEC, OCC, Fed).
- Provide input on project risk assessments, timelines, and deliverables.
- 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in Risk Management.
- At least 5 years of project experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of financial risks (credit, market, liquidity, interest rates).
- Experience working on regulatory compliance projects, particularly in US regulations (e.g., SEC, Fed, OCC).
- Ability to work as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with senior business stakeholders.
- Experience with GRC tools (e.g., RSA Archer, MetricStream).
- Knowledge of US regulatory frameworks (SEC, Fed, OCC).
- Agile certification or experience as a Product Owner
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
