Required Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field
Required Skills/ Experience:
•Experience working as a Business Analyst: 5 Years.
•Experience working with stakeholders in achieving their goals required: 5 Years.
•Strong experience facilitating/ leading requirement gathering sessions: 5 Years.
•Demonstrated experience in the creation of User Stories: 5 Years.
•Experience leading, facilitating, and motivating teams for medium to large scale IT projects: 5Years.
•Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools: 5 Years.
•Understanding with all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), preferably in a Hybrid Agile environment.
•Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills required.
•Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization required.
•Advanced troubleshooting, critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.
•Ability to develop productive working relationships, communicate clearly, and collaborate with people across the organization.
•High degree of independence, intuition, and initiative, ability to handle multiple tasks beyond the routineRequired.
•Ability to maintain composure and control when things do not proceed as planned.
Desired Skills:
•Prior healthcare industry experience.
•Understanding of healthcare enterprise systems.
•Exp with SaaS configuration, analysis, and troubleshooting of functional and basic technical components (config, queries/reports, data integration).
Business Analyst responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
• Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
• Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
• Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
• Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.
• Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
• Liaison between various business departments and group
• Communicate findings, and recommendations, to project manager for updates to stakeholders and executives.
• Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
• Assist with project management as needed.
Essential Duties/ Job Responsibilities:
Candidate will be a detailed planner, expert communicator, top-notch analyst, and have a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems. The person selected will be wholly committed to the discovery and development of cutting-edge innovative solutions. They will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and operational needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. They will coordinate with departmental heads, executives, and other stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and improve operational effectiveness.
Resource is responsible for working with the project manager in the planning, directing, and coordination of activities related to the replacement of a large enterprise scale technology project.
The ideal candidate will have an engaging personality with the ability to communicate and engage all levels of the business and user community. The individual selected must be comfortable with technology, possess good analytical skills, and possess superior customer service skills. Individual must be a team player willing to do what is needed to get the job done.
