Understanding of Information Privacy concepts and best practices.
Understanding of Information Security and Compliance and Privacy concepts related to the handling of sensitive information.
BSc/BA in computer science, economics, mathematics, or relevant field or equivalent experience required
Mandatory Experience:
At least ten years' experience:
Leading business communications projects.
Managing content using collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
Producing content for Windows and iOS digital communication channels such as websites, digital displays, video, print media, social media, and mobile applications using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint Online, and Office 365.
Excellent understanding of content management principles, practices, and experience applying them.
Excellent understanding of business communications principles, practices, and experience applying them.
In-depth experience training others in content management principles and practices, business communications principles and practices, and the use of communication tools.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Exceptional proofreading and editing skills.
Exceptional ability to:
Produce communications that increase awareness and understanding of IT programs and initiatives.
Translate complex IT technical content into digestible information for business audiences.
Apply communications principles and practices to an evolving information technology and data environment.
Produce, apply, and document style guides and design guidelines to ensure a consistent presentation of information.
Work with IT subject matter experts (SMEs) and Managers to communicate and promote IT enterprise services to the broader organization.
In-depth understanding of change management principles and practices and experience applying them to produce content related to organizational transformation.
In-depth understanding of program or project management principles, practices, and experience applying them.
