Senior Business Process Analyst - EPIC PIPING, LLC

Epic Piping has an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Business Process Analyst to be an integral part of our Corporate team.  WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Review and document multi-functional workflows and processes to highlight risk and opportunities for streamlining and improvement
• Evaluate the alignment of software tools for work simplification
• Evaluate metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Develop and implement change management techniques to ensure process changes are effectively adopted
• Monitor the success of implemented process changes
• Lead or support the implementation of analytical tools such as Power BI within the Organization to improve processes
• May require direct supervision of less experienced staff

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Education:  Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience: 5+ Years' Experience required; Supervisory experience preferred
• Computer Skills:  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Visio and JD Edwards experience preferred
• Certification/Licenses: None specifically required
