The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional who is part of the System Optimization team, is responsible for driving efficiency and optimizing processes across multiple procurement systems. This role involves identifying areas for improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading process enhancement initiatives to align business objectives with system functionality, ensuring optimal performance and integration across the procurement landscape. The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional performs analyses of systems, business, process and user needs, documentation of requirements, cost/benefit analysis and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
Driving efficiency and optimizing processes across multiple procurement systems, including Coupa, Icertis, Salesforce, Oracle, and other related platforms. Identifies areas for improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading process enhancement initiatives to align business objectives with system functionality, ensuring optimal performance and integration across the procurement landscape. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and implement process improvement initiatives across procurement systems (Coupa, Icertis, Oracle), focusing on automation, optimization, and standardization.
+ Collaborate with Procurement, IT, and Finance teams to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and enhance system performance.
+ Analyze current processes and workflows, identifying areas for system improvements and implementing changes to reduce bottlenecks and enhance efficiency.
+ Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business needs into system requirements.
+ Maintain up-to-date documentation on processes, workflows, and system configurations.
+ Provide expertise on procurement systems, guiding end users on best practices and system utilization.
+ Participate in system upgrades, testing, and the implementation of new features, ensuring seamless transitions for business users.
+ Lead backlog grooming and prioritization efforts, ensuring key business needs are addressed efficiently.
+ Monitor system performance through KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadership on efficiency gains and process improvements.
+ Support project management efforts for procurement system optimization, ensuring key deliverables are met on time.
+ Mentor and guide junior team members on process improvement methodologies and system capabilities.

Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent
+ 5 or more years of technical experience ( SQL, COUPA, SpendHQ, Oracle)
+ Knowledge of procurement systems and processes
+ A working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation
+ Knowledge of systems development life cycle
+ Experience in problem analysis and process
+ Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio
+ Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
+ MBA or other Advanced Degree
+ Six Sigma certification
+ PMP certification
+ Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$78,800 - $108,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
